Every request Gurtam Support team receives is answered by an experienced specialist, who knows exactly what action and information is needed to get the situation resolved, as quickly as possible.
Basic Technical Support is 100% free for the customers of either Wialon Hosting or Wialon Pro. For those customers who are in need of administering their Wialon Pro server or interested in urgent response to their requests, Gurtam is ready to complete Technical Support Agreement at any time.
